Casilda Guelbenzu has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources field and executive search consultancy, both in Spain and in Brazil where she has also resided. After her beginnings at Indra, and before joining Recarte & Fontenla Executive Search, she has been a commercial director at HR Consulting, an associate at Hays Executive and has worked as a senior consultant in various sectors in both multinational and family companies.

She has a degree in Psychology from the CEU, a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Garrigues and an Ontological Coach from Newfield Network-Chile (certified by ICF). She speaks English and Portuguese fluently.
