Casilda Guelbenzu

Casilda Guelbenzu has over 15 years of experience in human resources and executive search consulting in Spain and Brazil. She has worked in multinational companies and headhunting firms such as Indra and Hays Executive. At Recarte & Fontenla Executive Search, she has specialized in identifying and selecting senior executives and in leadership consulting, advising organizations on optimizing their teams and strategies.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the CEU San Pablo University, a Master’s in Human Resources from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and is a certified Coach by Newfield Network. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and has experience managing international and multicultural projects. She is a member of several executive associations and has worked on initiatives related to sustainability and the empowerment of women in the workplace.
